5. The ARK Kitchen Process

Know what happens next, from your first estimate to handover.

Your kitchen moves through a defined sequence: explore the direction, confirm the scope and price, activate the project, then manufacture, install and hand over. Each stage builds on what has already been confirmed, so you can understand the next decision or step without having to piece the process together yourself.

​01 — Start With What You Have

Start with The ARK Kitchen Edit, send your existing plans or project information, or use your own AI to prepare your kitchen brief.

02 — Confirm the scope and price

ARK reviews the measurements, design, materials and relevant site conditions, then prepares the Formal Quote so you can see what is included, excluded or separately coordinated before you commit.

03 — Activate the project

Once the Formal Quote and agreement are accepted and the required deposit is confirmed, your kitchen becomes an active ARK project. The confirmed scope, schedule, documents and relevant project information are then connected through myARK.

04 — Deliver, hand over and keep the record

ARK moves through production, delivery, installation and final checks before Handover. Released documents, warranty information and future support records can remain connected to the same project afterwards.

6. ARK Renovation

When your kitchen also needs work around it.

Some kitchen projects also need removal, site preparation, plumbing, electrical work, splashbacks, flooring or painting. When this work is included in the confirmed scope, ARK Renovation coordinates it alongside the kitchen so responsibilities, timing and included work are clearer — with fewer separate pieces for you to manage yourself.
